Scott will request you complete a detailed client form (prior to the arranged Skype session) and submit varying photographs.  There will be a degree of e-mail exchange upon your booking and a time scheduled for the Skype call which may last up to 90 minutes.  

 

For those who are unable to Skype, a telephone session can be arranged, but Scott will need additional photographs to aid his advice.
